當您從 Matcha+ 訂購或訪問 matchaplus.co.uk 時，即表示您同意以下條款與細則。
By ordering from Matcha+ , or accessing matchaplus.co.uk , you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

當閣下訂購及完成付款時，即表示你清楚了解及同意以下內容。
By placing order and completing payment, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.
所有蛋糕/甜點均需預訂，請最少提前 5 日前下單，客人需付全數金額後才能確立訂單。
Please order 5 days in advance for any cakes/ sweets . Full payment is required to place the order and secure the date.
因製作需時，名額有限，訂購名額是先到先得。
Please note that order is subject to availability and on first come first serve basis.
所有訂單一經付款確認，恕不接受取消訂單及退款。我們亦保留拒絕任何改期要求的權利。
Once payment is made, the order is confirmed. No cancellation or refund would be accepted once the order is confirmed. No change on the design or pick-up details could be made. We reserve the right to reject any reschedule request.

定制與易腐食品不退款
No Refunds for Custom or Perishable Orders
我們所有產品均為新鮮現做，訂單一經確認，概不提供退款，包括所有定制與易腐食品。
As all our products are freshly made to order, we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed. This includes all custom and perishable items.
只有在收到商品後發現錯誤、損壞或質量問題時，才會考慮退款或更換。您需在配送後 24 小時內提供照片證明，逾期將不受理。
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is incorrect, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality upon receipt. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

所有配送由 Royal Mail 或 Evri 負責，預計 48 小時內送達。如因物流原因延誤超過 5 天，可考慮退款。
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Evri, with an expected arrival within 48 hours. If delayed for over 5 days due to courier issues, a refund may be considered.
請確保提供正確的配送地址。如因地址錯誤或物流方原因造成延誤或丟失，我們概不負責。
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided. We are not responsible for delays or misplaced deliveries caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses.

我們保留使用顧客訂單照片或影片的權利，用於社交媒體或其他宣傳平台。
We reserve the right to use photographs and videos of orders and publish them on social media or other media platforms.
如果您希望您的訂單不被拍攝或用於宣傳，請在下單時告知我們，我們會尊重您的要求。
If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we will respect your request.

If we do not receive specific notification from you, we will assume you agree to our promotion policy.

製作工場日常會處理含乳製品及堅果類食品。如有食物敏感或任何疑問，請在訂購前向我們查詢。
Please note that our food factory handles gluten , soy and nuts and our products might contain the above allergens. Please confirm with us if you have any concerns before ordering.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or transactions made through third-party websites. Please review their policies before engaging.

我們所有產品均在持牌食物製造廠製作。
Our products are produced in Licensed Food Factory.
所有產品均為手工製作，每次的製成品或跟產品參考圖略有不同。網站圖片只作參考之用。
Please note that all of our products are handmade. The look of the product might vary slightly from the reference photo on our website.
食材及裝飾或會因供應不穩定而有所變動，恕不作另行通知。
Ingredients and decorations on might be changed due to limited supply without further notice.
